What’s the decision with Biniam Esayas’s case

With an unheard-of high rate of road and building development, Addis Abeba is rapidly urbanizing, leading to an abrupt increase in sealed surfaces and the production of sizable amounts of rainwater. Therefore, the current study’s objective is to use thorough fieldwork, stakeholder interviews, and stakeholder interviews to analyze the hydraulic capacity of existing drains and stormwater management issues. Physical surveys were conducted on 469 road segments (74 km) and 202 drain segments (42.76 km) in two exemplary case sites included within 564.54 ha boundary zones.
