Singer Katy Perry’s Dress Shows Off Too Much, At The Much Music Awards

While performing at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Katy Perry entered the stage wearing a “u-ysit.” Nearly ed ysits have recently enjoyed success. In a sparkling cats’it, Jennifer Lopez gave a tribute to Britney Spears from the “Toxic” era when singing in Panama last week.

When Katy Perry wore the sheer look at the MuchMusic Video Awards 2012 on Sunday night, it was mostly to help her channel a firefly. Perry wore a demure trousers costume for the show, a provocative attire for the red carpet arrivals and a sparkly butterfly outfit (after emerging from a chrysalis) to perform her song ‘Wide Awake’

But when it came time for Katy to accept the award for Best International Artist, she removed the costume’s insect wings. And that’s when things became complicated.

Without wings, Katy’s sparkly see-through outfit seemed a touch too revealing, as evidenced by the pained looks on her face as she leaped onto the stage. Fortunately, Perry was able to hide her more private portions from the camera using her award, a lengthy rectangular black box.
