Helen Berhe became a rising sensation in Ethiopia thanks to her recording of a cover of Nada Algesa’s song Uzaza Allina. Helen has always had a strong passion for dance and music. She graduated from Menen High School.Two of the most well-known Ethiopian composers, Abegaz Kbrework and Wondimeneh Assefa, collaborated on the three-year-long Tasfelegnaleh (I need you!) album that Helen released in 2010. The result was that the record was well-liked by both her fans and the wider public. Helen worked on this record with a number of incredible people, including Habtamu Bogale, Eyobel Berhanu, Zelalem Terefe, Tamrat Desta, Abel Mulugeta, Asnake Gebreyes, Alemayehu Demeke, and Getish Mamo.
