Ethiopian singer, actor, model, and fashion designer Sayat Demissie. At the age of 17, she made her modeling debut by finishing in the top 20 in the 2004 Ethiopian Beauty Queens. She debuted in the movie Sara as an actor. Sayat is well known for being a victim in real-life situations involving sexual abuse and women’s rights issues.
