Blood type diet is not scientifically recommended

The Blood Type Diet has been well-liked for almost two decades.

According to proponents of this diet, the greatest meals for your health depend on your blood type.

Numerous individuals swear by this diet and say that it has saved their lives.

However, what are the specifics of the blood type diet, and is it supported by any reliable data?
In 1996, a naturopathic doctor by the name of Dr. Peter D’Adamo promoted the blood type diet, commonly referred to as the blood group diet.

His book, Eat Right 4 Your Type, was a huge hit. Millions of copies were sold, and it is still very well-liked today. It was a New York Times bestseller.

He contends in this book that each person’s ideal diet is based on their ABO blood type.

Each blood type, according to him, indicates the genetic characteristics of our ancestors, including the type of diet they evolved to thrive on.
